SPORTING youngsters are being encouraged to join a borough gymnastic club which recently moved to new premises.
As reported in May, Thurrock Gymnastics Academy, moved to a new home on the Globe Industrial Estate in Grays from the former HQ at Ormiston Park Academy, Aveley.
Now the club is offering a host of fun at its summer kids club where a range of gymnastics will be taught. As they spring into action, the club says new experiences will be formed and skills are developed.
A spokesperson for the club says: "The sessions will be an opportunity for the children of Thurrock to meet and interact with new children who share a similar interest as themselves.
"The aim is to get more of our children involved in sports such as gymnastics and these sessions where the environment is such a supportive and welcoming one will boost the confidence of kids to try out things they may not have."
Sessions will run every Monday to Friday at unit 28, the Globe industrial estate, Grays. Check out the club's web page via this link.
Sessions start at just £20 from Thursday, 24 of July 2025 to for more information or to book call 07393287650 or email [email protected].
The event marked the move of the club to new premises on the nearby Globe Estate and some members of the coaching team took part in a sponsored run from the former HQ at Ormiston Park Academy, Aveley, to the new venue.
