ROCKS extended their unbeaten run to eight matches, made it five wins on the spin and moved closer to the Isthmian North play-off zone with Saturday's (5 November) win.

The visitors bounced back in style after conceding an early goal, Eusebio Da Silva scoring for Rovers after just three minutes and by the half time break they were in front.

Ben Seward headed Rocks level with a glancing effort on 32 minutes and on the stroke of half time Brian Moses got them in front..

Five minutes into the second half Jack Hayes got his first goal for East Thurrock and a second from Moses six minutes later put the visitors in the driving seat.

The flurry of goals continued on 66 minutes when Reece Stringer pulled one back but that was the end of the scoring and Rovers ended the match with ten men after Sam Dowridge was sent off in added time.
