Join Parents 1st's peer supporters - Nicola and Stacey - for our relaxed walk and talk sessions in Thurrock. These sessions are designed for both pregnant and new mums.

What to expect from Walkie Talkies:

• 1-hour walk around the park
• Exercise in the fresh air
• We walk at a gentle pace so we can chat at the same time!
• Meet other mums or mums-to-be from your area
• Different location around Thurrock each time
• An optional drink and chat in the cafe at the end of the session

DATES and LOCATIONS:

• Wednesday 8th July - Impulse Leisure - Belhus Park Golf and Country Club, Belhus Park, South Ockendon, Essex RM15 4PX. Meet in the car park from 9.45am, as the walk leaves promptly at 10.00am.
• Wednesday 15th July - Coalhouse Fort Park, Princess Margaret Rd, East Tilbury, Tilbury, Essex RM18 8PB. Meet in the car park from 9.45am, as the walk leaves promptly at 10.00am.
