The ideal candidate will support the sales process, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry. - Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities. - Support sales executives in managing client accounts and preparing proposals. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. - Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
