"Both closures were lifted in the early hours of this morning.

"Sadly, we can now confirm that a 27-year-old man has died as a result of the incident.

"No arrests have been made and our enquiries are ongoing.

"We have also secured a number of witness accounts which are helping us with our enquiries.
