This is the first meeting of the forum under its new leadership and residents are invited to attend to discuss local issues that affect Stanford-le-Hope.

Getting crafty in the wood

GRAYS' new community venue Falcon Woods, off Bridge Road, will be the venue for free half term craft activities next week.

On Wednesday, 19 February members of the BATIAS team (Batias Independent Advocacy Service) will be at the wood to organise and supervise the activities.

A LIST of A13 road closures has been published - with another major diversion related to a carriageway closure next weekend (Friday, 21 February to Monday 24).

Through evenings this week the A13 will be closed just at the Orsett Cock overnight, but a major operation takes place over the weekend with both carriageways shut in the day between the Orsett Cock and Stanford-le-Hope.
