THURROCK Council's Road Safety Cycling Instructors are holding a free one-hour 'Learn to Ride' cycle lesson for children age 5-plus on 5 April at Stifford Clays Primary School between 9am & 2pm.
This is from riding a bike with stabilisers to unaided.
