THURROCK Council's road safety cycling instructors are offering free one-hour 'Learn to Ride' cycle lessons for children aged five and over and adults.
The first date is Thursday, 18 August at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School at Daiglen Drive, South Ockendon, RM15 5RP.
