Whatever your link to epilepsy our group offers a 'friendly face and a listening ear' giving you the opportunity to share experiences, make friends and find out more about what support might be available to you.'

The free meetings will be taking place monthly at the George Hurd Centre, Audley Way, Basildon, SS14 2FL on 4th Thursday of the month between 7:30 and 9pm.

The first two meetings will be 25th January and 22nd February. Pre-booking is recommended though not essential either via Epilepsy Action website https://www.epilepsy.org.uk/support-for-you/talk-and-support-local-groups or call 0113 210 8899. 

We also run a daytime meeting in Thurrock at Lakeside shopping centre ( level 3 food court near 'Sizzled') from 10:30-12:30 on first Tuesday of the month which is bookable in the same way.
