Heart and Mind, established in 1992 is a private practice counselling service.
Over the years we have continued to grow and develop, providing a range of therapeutic options.
We have been holding regular monthly Meet Up's for adults (over 18's) with ADHD and Autism (Diagnosed or undiagnosed-All Welcome)
The Meet Up's are very relaxed, friendly and informal. We welcome a variety of people with differing Neurodiversity, from those of us who are very chatty, to those who are non verbal. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
