Due to growth and an influx of work, they now have a requirement for a Laser Setter/Operator to join their existing team on the shop floor. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Laser Setter/Operator will be using Trumpf and Bodor Lasers however, if you have knowledge or experience of other lasers cross-training can be given. In addition, there may be the requirement to utilise other machines on the shop floor. The ideal candidate for the Laser Setter/Operator role will have:

• A good knowledge of laser setting and operating.
• The ability to read engineering drawings.
• Gained previous experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills.

In return the Laser Setter/Operator can expect to receive a competitive salary, shift allowance, 33 days flexible holiday entitlement and free onsite parking. The working hours for this role will be 1pm 10pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm 5pm on Fridays with 30 minute breaks, however, a degree of flexibility will be expected if there is the requirement to cover other shifts.
