We are pleased to announce Redcorn are expanding! We adding more multi lifting deck transporters to our already 80 strong fleet. This leaves us a requirement to recruit Class 1 & 2 drivers for an immediate start within our Grays site.

Redcorn was established in 1992 and is a family run business with hard work and high standards at the core of our business, we have managed to grow year on year to be one of the largest collectors of end of life vehicles in the country and one of the largest distributors of second hand parts in the UK.

Drivers will arrive at our Grays site for 6am, complete vigorous walk round checks on their allocated vehicle, highlight any defects with one of our three mechanics for rectification, route plan, message/call customers with an ETA and present your vehicle for a daily gate check. Covering a vast area but a well planned route, you will collect 8 end of life vehicles from both residential and commercial properties to help add to our 300+ cars collected a day. Once completed all vehicles collected will be delivered to our Head Office in Purfleet.

Average finish time between 15:00-19:00 hours

Overtime paid from 15:00 hours

Requirements of Driver -

• Full driving licence with valid CPC and Tachograph must have a class 2 licence as a minimum
• At least 1 year HGV experience
• Loading and unloading of cars on to the vehicle (Training will be given)
• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately and have repaired by our in house mechanics
• Lorry kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Comply with all in-house Policies & Regulations
