THURROCK ladies rugby team, the T-Birds, are recruiting players of all standards, whether new to rugby or experienced.

The successful club, based at Thurrock RFC's Oakside complex, now fields two teams, so cater for both performance and development rugby.

There is a great team spirit and social atmosphere. Come and get fit, make new friends and be part of a winning team!
