Man, 75, who was missing is found safe and well

POLICE who asked for help after they launched a search for a 75-year-old man missing from his South Ockendon home say he has been found safe and well.

The man went missing around 12.15pm on Sunday, 11 December.

A statement released yesterday said: "If you spot William or know where he is please call us on 101."

However, this morning (Moinday, 12 December) police said: "We have now found William who was missing from his home in South Ockendon. Thank you for your help."
