THURROCK Council's road safety cycling instructors are offering free one-hour 'Learn to Ride' cycle lessons for children aged five and over and adults.
A session will take place on Thursday, 25 August at Stifford Clays Primary School at Whitmore Avenue, Stifford Clays, Grays, RM16 2ST.
