Hate crime awareness raised by police and partnership team

Borough-based police officers and members of the Thurrock Community Safety Partnership raised awareness of their work at an event in Tilbury today (Tuesday, 5 March) to put focus on hate crime.

Thurrock Community Safety & Engagement Officers and support teams were at Asda where they talked to the public, discussing hate crime realted issues.

They also provided crime prevention advice and listened to concerns and experiences of the local community.
