FOR a second time, Essex Police have announced they have located and ensured the safety of a troubled young person from Thurrock.

Twice in recent weeks, police have appealed for help to locate Chadwell St Mary teenager Evelina Rimate.

She was located shortly after the first plea, but went missing again soon after - a disappearance that lasted several days,

However, police have now announced she has been found safe.
