PLANS are progressing for this year's education zone at the Orsett Show on Saturday, 2 September.

This year the schools marquee has been developed to celebrate and promote the education and training opportunities for all the children and adults of Thurrock and surrounding areas.

APPLICATIONS are now invited for trade stands space, catering concessions and a space in The Pantry at this year's Orsett Show on Saturday, 2 September.

THIS year's Orsett Show will once again play host to a wide range of attractions including many arts, craft and trade stands and displays from local businesses and organisations taking palce in margquees and on bespoke stands around the showground.

Thurrock Nub News is delighted to be able to offer support by featuring those who will be attending.

PLANNING is now well underway for this year's Orsett Show - the 115th in its long and illustrious history and possibly one of the most pivotal.

After a two year break because of Covid, the show returned last year and though the sun shone and a great day was had by all who attended, it was a loss-making event.
